Returns Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge for a period of 24 hours after the order has been placed. Any payment card or PayPal transaction fee incurred by BestQ Site will be deducted from the refund payment. This is usually approximately 2% of the order total.

Stock components - You may cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will be responsible for the cost of the carriage back and a 25% restocking fee will apply once goods are inspected and repackaged.

Made to Order, Drilled or Painted to Order components cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation period.

Please be assured that the vast percentage of our orders, are completed on time and in perfect condition.
